Slowly growing, now we have 41
members that joined to us by invitation from our members. I welcome all new
members joined since the first newsletter on behalf of development and test
team.
Profile photos or Talking Avatar?
To make Excel Friends outstanding and different from all other Friends
Communities, day by day we build new functionality into the system. Soon all
members will be able to choose to carry on with their profile photos or use
Talking Avatars. All members who choose to use avatars will only need to
upload their recorded voice messages, or type the profile message then
Avatar will read the message for them. We will send an email later on next
week when the Avatar integration is fully completed and ready to use in
profile pages.
Is it ever easy to select the best gift?
What is the biggest struggle when you try to choose the best gift for
loved ones. Finding the best, fitting into budget and not having to browse
too many shops, search online, compare prices and so on. How about using
Gift
Ideas section on Excel Friends. Simply click onto Life Style menu item on
the top navigation bar and browse Gift Ideas section. There is one of 15.000
items waiting for you.
DIY or a big mess? Tips and tricks.
Have you got any tips and tricks about DIY? Want to share them on with
your friends? The section is coming soon. All members will be able to upload
their tips and tricks in categorised structure.
Excel Friends Chat Room.
As we yet don't have any other communication methods than private
messaging and sending emails through the system, we are working hard to
bring built-in real-time chat functionality to the site. Until Excel Friends built-in chat functionality is ready to use, we have
opened a new Chat Room "Excel Friends" in Paltalk. Now we all can meet
in the chat room, talk to each other, bring our friends along and introduce
them. Welcome yourself to Excel Friends room and join us. Select one form
